Or, the Woodstock Community House!

Woodstock is a special place, and Conor and I are very happy to be able to share this slice of heaven with you. Jeff and Johanna Mann had this little green house moved from Richard and Cathy Mann’s lot after Preston and I were married. It’s a great little spot for a get-away and for some solid Mann Clan time.
Conor and I love the River, but between sports, and work, and life in general, the little green house sits empty most of the time. That feels like a shame!
So, we’ve decided to pilot turning this into a community space where we can all enjoy the property and share in its upkeep.
This isn’t a rental house. It’s not open to just anybody. (So if you’re reading this, congrats! You’re awesome!) And we’re not charging rent (per say). Or cleaning fees!
Instead, we’d ask you to consider contributing to any maintenance issues that come up in the house by throwing some dollars into the “kitty.” The suggested amount is $20/person/night, but honestly, we’re kind of making that number up.
And! If a financial contribution isn’t in your budget, your sweat equity will be greatly appreciated. It’s a little house, but there are always projects to be done! We’ll keep a running list and work together to keep the house in tip-top shape!
We hope you’ll be able to go down to the “high and pleasant bank fronting bold on the navigable River Pungo” soon!
