⌂ Leave the beds with clean sheets and ready for the next guest

⌂ Clean, dry, and put away all dishes

⌂ Bring in porch cushions

⌂ Clean the bathrooms

⌂ Clean counters and table (It’s the south. Sometimes we get bugs. Being super diligent about crumbs helps a lot!)

⌂ Vacuum the house and empty canister

⌂ Take out the trash (it can go in the blue bin across the street by the grapevines. If it is full, take your trash with you)

⌂ Be sure kayaks and gear are rinsed with fresh water and returned to their home

⌂ Set thermostat to 55 in the winter and 85 in the summer

⌂ Unplug microwave and tiny oven

⌂ Switch off unmarked breakers at the box. Be SURE to leave on the marked ones!

⌂ Turn off the water at the meter box under the redbud tree

⌂ Make sure food is out of the cabinets and fridge (Again. South. Bugs.)

⌂ Write in the book! Please!
